blocks are invoiced up-front
hours are good for one year
time is billed in 30 minute increments

2 hours minimum for on-site work
work is billed after each “job”
*When you get down to only 4 hours left in your block, I will send you
an email asking if you want to purchase another block (the new block
will be good for another year) or just pay the overage rate when you
run out. At the end of 1-year you either have to purchase another
block or start paying the ala-carte rate (the lower overage rate only
applies to overages within the 1-year contract period).
